Q: Why should I buy my tickets online?
A: Buying online is fast and convenient! Take advantage of convenient shipping options like Print@Home, available on select ticket types, which allows you to print your tickets in the comfort of your own home and head straight to the gate upon your arrival. So, don’t wait – buy your tickets before you arrive and save time and money.
 
Q: How do I know my online transaction is secure?

A: Universal Studios Theme Parks utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt and protect your personal information. SSL keeps the data private and confidential between your computer and Universal Theme Parks. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the internet.

Q: Can I purchase tickets on the phone?
A: Yes, you can purchase theme park tickets by phone. However, purchasing your tickets online is easy, so we recommend you take advantage of the convenience of online booking. If you still prefer to have a customer service representative book your tickets, you can call our customer service department at 1-407-224-7840.

Tickets and Prices

Q: Where can I find descriptions of the tickets offered?
A: Ticket descriptions are listed with each ticket type on the online ticket store. Click the Complete Ticket Details link to view a more detailed description. If you have a pop-up blocker on your computer, you may need to disable it in order to view the Complete Ticket Details.
 
Q: How much do tickets cost?

A: You will find current ticket prices listed with each ticket type on the online ticket store.

 
Q: Are tickets subject to tax?
A: Universal Orlando tickets are subject to tax per the Florida tax law.
 
Q: What is the currency exchange rate?
A: All Universal Theme Parks online ticket store purchases are in US dollars ($). Please contact your credit card company for current exchange rates.
 
Q: Do tickets expire?
A: Unused tickets that are not date specific generally do not expire. However, tickets may be subject to specific expiration conditions based on first use or ticket type. Please refer to the Complete Ticket Details for your desired ticket type for details.
 
Q: Can I get a refund on tickets?
A: Generally, all purchases are final and no refunds are available. If your vacation plans change, please remember that unused tickets do not expire unless otherwise noted. Upon first use, specific ticket expiration conditions apply. Special event and other date specific tickets are valid for entry on specified date only. Check the ticket description for expiration conditions for your given ticket type. Universal Studios reserves the right to change online ticket prices without prior notification. Universal Studios will not be held accountable for lost or stolen ticket orders once they have left our fulfillment center. Delivery Options

Q: What delivery options are available?

A: Available delivery options vary by ticket type and will be presented for your selection during the checkout process. Shipping options may include Print@Home delivery or Kiosk Pickup. A brief description of available options is listed below:

Print@Home

  • Print@Home is fast and convenient! Buy online, print your tickets at home, and then head straight to the gate upon arrival at the park.
  • Your Print@Home ticket(s) will be delivered as a PDF file attachment in your confirmation email. The email will be delivered to the email address you provided when purchasing your tickets online.
  • You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader and access to a printer to print your tickets. You can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader FREE by visiting www.adobe.com.
  • Open the PDF file attachment in your confirmation email, print your tickets, and head straight to the gate when you get to the park.
  • Remember to bring photo ID with you to present along with your Print@Home ticket at the turnstile.

Kiosk Pickup

  • Buy online and pick up your tickets at one of our convenient Kiosk Ticketing Machines upon arrival at the park.
  • If you choose Kiosk Pickup, you’ll need to bring your confirmation number and the credit card used to purchase your tickets with you to the park.
  • Follow the signs to the Kiosk Ticketing Machines, swipe your card (for identification purposes only – your card will not be charged again), enter your confirmation number, and print your tickets. It’s easy!
 
Q: What do I do if I’m having difficulty viewing my Print@Home ticket?
A: Your Print@Home ticket(s) will be delivered as a PDF file attachment in your confirmation email. The email will be delivered to the email address you provided when purchasing your tickets online. If you did not receive a PDF attachment in your confirmation email, check your email settings to ensure you can receive PDF attachments. If you are having difficulty viewing the PDF file on your computer, please ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader FREE by visiting www.adobe.com.
 
Q: What do I do if I lost my Print@Home ticket?
A: You can re-print your Print@Home ticket by re-opening the PDF file attachment in your confirmation email. If you deleted your confirmation email and no longer have access to the PDF file, you may contact our customer service department at 1-407-224-7840 or via email at onlinestorehelp@universalorlando.com.
